Seminar "Better Risk Assessment Quality in Securities Company Through Credit Data Usage" with PT Pefindo Biro Kredir (IdScore) 

Located in Ballrrom B Hotel Ayana Jakarta, PT Pefindo Credit Bureau (IdScore) held a seminar with topic "Better Risk Assessment Quality in Securites Company Through Credit Data Usage" on Tuesday, October 25, 2022. 

PT Pendanaan Efek Indonesia as an IdScore member since 2017, was given the honor to be one of the speakers at the seminar.

Mr Suryadi as Director of PEI present to all invitees who are Securities Companies (SC) with Margin Permits from IDX, regarding the benefits of using Credit Scres in the PEI Participant submission process, Participant customer submission, as well as Securities Transaction Funding approval at PEI. With reliable data and credit information which cover other securities besides the banking sector, PEI has relied on the PBK Credit Score as one of the mitigating tools for credit risk, especially in disbursement of funding at PEI. 

On the same occasion, Mr Wahyu Trenggono as Director of IdScore also encouraged SCs to use credit information from IdScore in order to reduce the risk of Non Performing Loan (NPL) in SC, which in turn could increase the value and volume of Transaction in PE. He said that currently there are 6 SCs that have been registered as IdScore members, but with this seminar, IdScore hope that SC can find out the benefits of Credit Score and its implementation in the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and risk mitigation activity in SCs.
